RETURN POLICY

Domestic

Merchandise must be returned to our returns department within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. There’s no restocking fee and return shipping is free. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase. Merchandise must be returned in original condition with all tags attached. Garments that are returned with signs of being worn will not be accepted and immediately returned. Items purchased on sale are final sale. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.

International

Merchandise must be returned to our returns department within 21 days of the delivery date for a full refund. There’s no restocking fee however, customs duties and sales taxes are non- refundable through RahiCali. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase. Merchandise must be returned in original condition with all tags attached. Garments that are returned with signs of being worn will not be accepted and immediately returned. Items purchased on sale are final sale. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.

RETURNS PROCESS

Domestic Returns

For our US customers, please email us at love@rahicali.com to request a return label. A handling and processing fee of $5.99 will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once you receive the return label from us, please do the following: 

  1. Put anything you don’t want in a box.
  2. Stick the return label on the box.
  3. Fill out a reason code and put the packing slip in with your stuff.
  4. Get the box to FedEx/UPS depending on which label we sent you.

Leave the rest to us. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund.

International Returns

We currently do not offer return labels to our fabulous customers outside of the US. However, we can definitely help you with the process. You can send your return back to us using your preferred courier service. For your return, please:

  1. Put anything you don’t want in a box.
  2. Fill out a reason code and put the packing slip in with your stuff.
  3. Send us the box using your choice of carrier. Please declare it as “US GOODS RETURNING”.
